Vendors ($75) receive entry to the Fair, a 10×10 space, and a table.  Electricity is an optional add-on by prior arrangement, and Wi-Fi can be purchased directly from the Lansing Center.

Community Partnerships & Attraction Sponsorships

Willow Tree Family Center continues to seek collaborative community and corporate partnerships for this event. If your organization is interested in providing attractions and event programming, please contact us for a customized sponsorship package. Our vision is an all-inclusive community-wide event that reaches every family in the Greater Lansing area.

Swag Bag and Door Prize Sponsorship

As a swag bag sponsor, your generous contribution of an item, sample, or gift certificate is an opportunity to get your business and products directly into the hands of 250 families from your targeted demographic in Mid-Michigan. Please contact us for Swag Bag Sponsorship pricing.

Additionally, all our participants will register to win a door prize at this year’s event. Door prizes are prominently displayed at the entrance to the fair and give your business exposure to hundreds of people of families.

Swag bag and door prize contributions may also be shared on the Greater Lansing Baby Fair website, on social media, and in the Willow Tree Family Center newsletter and blog, allowing for increased exposure to your business. Please feel free to discuss with us any special requests.
